It’s required

From 19 October 2026, organisations and sole traders who engage others in child-related work must notify the Social Services Regulator when certain things change. Learn more in our FAQ.

You must notify us of changes within 7 days for paid workers and within 21 days for volunteers.

It’s simple

Whether you’re an organisation, sole trader or parent, you can quickly notify the Social Services Regulator about people in child-related work. Using WWC Connect you can notify when a worker starts or stops child-related work for you or details change, and monitor changes to their WWC Clearance.

It makes a difference

Notify, monitor and receive alerts about the WWC Clearance status of your workers to help keep children safe.
